Please make all checks payable to US GAMES LLC or USG at PO box 7171 St. Paul, MN 55107. All checks must
include name, address, phone number (home or work) and drivers license number in order to process your order.
We charge a $25.00 fee for all returned checks. Check orders processed after check has cleared our bank.

Shipping policy
Stocked products shipped within 24 hrs and should arrive within 5 - 7 business
days. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for out of stock items. (Each additional game, add $2.50 for shipping and
handling).
Refund policy
Customers have 30 days from the day they receive the product to return them
undamaged for a full refund. Refunds will be returned to customers within 5 to 7 business days. Claims for damaged
goods must be made within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise. Customer must notify us via E-mail and
ship the product back to us at their expense and will reship the new product(s) to our customer at no additional
charge.
